3.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) okbey account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. okbey employs identity verification technology to detect and prevent duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and all associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. The following funding sources are strictly prohibited on the okbey platform: (a) credit cards used for gambling deposits, which are prohibited under current Philippine payment regulations; (b) cryptocurrency of any kind; (c) third-party payment accounts (i.e., accounts not registered in your own name); and (d) any other payment method not expressly listed as accepted by okbey.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your okbey wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution. okbey is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your KYC verification must be complete; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled; (c) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name; and (d) okbey may request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5.1 General. okbey offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual bonus terms.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the okbey platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live casino games on okbey use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the respective game providers.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbey's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okbey account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 okbey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if okbey has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 okbey does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits okbey's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 By okbey. okbey reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) okbey is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) okbey reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or (d) okbey decides to discontinue the platform or any part thereof.
12.2 By You. You may close your okbey account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the okbey platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to okbey's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of the okbey platform.
